For a teapot: Heat the water until a few seconds before it boils. Add one teaspoon of tea per person.
 

For green teas, steep only one minute so that the tender leaves don’t get bitter.

For black teas, three minutes is the appropriate time to infuse.
 

Making iced tea: Infuse the leaves as usual. Fill an ice cube tray with the tea and freeze. Once the ice cubes are made, place them in a glass and fill it with the same blend. Enjoy!
